Cologne, November 2019 - Three years ago, Daniel Gottschlich opened the BAYLEAF restobar below his two-star restaurant OX & KLEE. Now Gottschlich and his team are going one step further: Bayleaf becomes THE BAYLEAF. The restobar becomes a first-class restaurant. The team: bar boss Michael Elter, sous chef Marius Sprenger and restaurant manager Yuriy Apelyushynskyy.



Round off the leaf with the outside terrace.
